7.1.6 Tool life

INCON-M84/M86/M86R's tool life file can provide PLC tool life related management function. For example, remind user to change tool. It can also through PLC, change the tool automatically after it reach a life span. PLC info include the toolLife's Array info, it has the life expectancy of 1000 tools, from 0~999 to record each tool's life. Detail please refer to INCON-M84/M86/M86R PLC Manual.

The feed length in the tool life table is meters, so when the machining path is less than 1 meter, the feed length value in the table will not be displayed, but it will be automatically accumulated in the controller. The processing time is in minutes.
