1.2.1 M84/M86/M86R System (with Support CoE Servo Driver)


When INCON-M84/M86/M86R controller was using commercial servo driver and spindle driver which support CoE, there is no need of ESU unit as connection interface, it can use Ethernet cable that made by INTEK Technology to connect with the CNC controller.


When using Ethernet cable to connect with commercial server drive and spindle drive which support CoE, you must plan the connecting order first and specify relative axis to the CNC controller. After you gave the specify relative axis to the CNC controller, you cannot change the connection order at pleasure, or it would result in the actual movement of the axis to be different to its planned movement. When the spindle driver is using the general interface type that does not support CoE, the ESU is used to connect spindle driver.


Controller, main and extended operation panels must be placed in the operation box when planning the distribution. In order to avoid electrical interference effecting on the screen display or USB transmission.

So far, the servo driver and spindle driver that have passed verification include the servo driver of ShihLin electric, servo driver of Sanyo denki co., ltd and spindle driver of KEB.
