2.2.3 USB Connector


ECU has two USB ports that can connect to USB flash disk. The CNC controller can read the root directory of USB flash disk and its CNC program for cutting. The USB flash disk can also be used to update the CNC system version, to its latest version, PLC execution file, and save and load surviving files.


Note 1:

USB is not suitable for long-distance transmission. Especially when CNC machine axes and spindle are operating, transmission signals would be interfered frequently.

Note 2:

The best way to use USB is to plug the USB device directly into the USB slot on the controller. If you want to use a USB extension cord, the length of the extension line must be less than 50CM and has a good braided shield layer covered.
