3.12.4.6 Tilt axis center X or Y offset (T)
- When using to form 0, the parameter means the centre of the rotary axis will correspond with X axis or Y axis direction's offset.
- When using to form 2, the parameter means with C axis as centre the rotary axis will correspond with B(A) axis on X axis direction's offset.
