The speed ratio set 20 to 29 to activate this function.

When function was started, the sts.mode2.mFastHSHPCat1 and sts.mode2.mFastHSHPCat2 all became 1.

This function was designed for simple line and curve NC program. The ACC/DEC was controlled by feed; and Speed Ratio controls speed of curve which by small G01. Smaller Speed Ratio lets curve speed down, but better precision; larger Speed Ratio lets curve speed up, but lower precision. At start set Speed Ratio from 25 for testing, and increase or decrease for best setting.


The setting value of the reduction ratio at high speed and high precision is compared with the PLC signal as follows:
