6.15 High Speed Mode
In order to increase the processing speed, shorten the processing time, and add it before the accuracy is required, the high-speed mode is added in the high-speed, high-precision mode. The description is as follows:
1. |
First type High Speed Mode: When the reduction ratio is set to 0~9, the system will use the first-type high-speed mode, and its equivalent reduction ratio is 0~90. |
2. |
Second type High Speed Mode: When the reduction ratio is set to 10 to 19, the system will use the Type 2 high speed mode with an equivalent reduction ratio of 0~90. |
3. |
Processing speed: Category 2 high speed mode> Category 1 high speed mode> General high speed high precision mode. |
Example: If the feed acceleration/deceleration is set to -20, the reduction ratio is set to 90, this is the general high-speed high-precision mode; if the feed acceleration/deceleration is set to -20, the reduction ratio is set to 19 (the equivalent reduction ratio is also 90 ) This starts the second type of high-speed mode, and its processing speed is faster than the normal high-speed high-precision mode.
