5.1.1 About INCON-M86R 5-axis CNC controller

INCON-M86R is a real 5-axis milling CNC controller newly developed by Intek Technology. It is equipped with dual-core hardware and features high speed and low heat. In addition to inheriting the features of the INCON series controllers, it also provides real-time Tool Rotation Center Control (RTCP) and Tilt working plane rotate offset (TWP) functions, as well as built-in six machine models and three five-axis CNC machining program writing methods. Can achieve zero flaw, no dead corner of the realm.

The system of INCON-M86R consists of EC Module. The EC Module consists of: the main control unit ESU, I /O Unit EQU×2. Each unit uses an EtherCAT connection for easy wiring and expansion of I/O units and embedded units (ENU).

The INCON-M86R controller operation, pick-up integration, and PLC signals are the same as the INCON-M670. Refer to the chapters of this manual for controller operation, user parameters, and code descriptions.
