3.12.2.4 Spline Tolerance

This value sets the tolerance for the interpolation of the spline. The unit is um, its range is 0 or 8 or 10~60000. when the marginal tolerance is 0, that does not start spline interpolation, when the marginal tolerance is 8, used point mode spline difference.
