3.4 High Speed High Precision Profile


INCON-M84/M86/M86R provide 25 set of program mode option, use for different type of cutting. For example: The first set is good for rough cutting. The fourth set is good for fine cutting. Within the program it can directly use G10.10 PXX option, to decide which mode to use. For example, chose the first set of HSHP module within the program use G10.10 P1 to signify it. When turn on the machine, the setting is 0 set, and use the parameter setting, it may be not the high speed high precision mode setting.


"High Speed High Precision Profile" Dialog Box


After the machine factory finished setting data of this dialog box, list each set data for cutting application to the user. Machine maker can within the "High Speed High Precision Profile" dialog box sets high speed high precision use 25 set of parameter including:

  • No.: The number of HSHP sets, 25 sets totally.
  • Accel (Acceleration) (unit: 10 msec or 1 msec): While cutting provide acceleration.
  • AngSpd (Angular Speed) (unit: (360° × 1000/65536) /4ms × 60 = 82.39°/min): System setting the circle arc interpolation largest angular speed.
  • G60Ang (G60 Turn Angle) (0~90 degree): This angel refers to the angel between two neighbour paths. If this angel is larger than the largest set angel, then regardless of whether it is in G61 status, it will automatically exercise precise in position, to ensure the accuracy of the sharp angle. If the largest angel is 0, then within G61 status not execute precise in position.
  • SDRatio (Speed Down Ratio): This is to show factor of weight between speed and accuracy, user can set the value to between 0~100, the largest the value, the fastest the speed, but accuracy decrease, when SpdDownRatio is set to 100, it is equal to closing high speed high precision function.
  • Scheme: High speed high precision scheme, can set high speed high precision, not doing precision deceleration to zero setting. When deceleration ratio setting is minus, the system executing high speed high accuracy, won't conduct accuracy zero deceleration examination. When the program block needs to do precision deceleration to zero, the system to examining this axial speed of the encoder on servo motor. When the exam is not been conducted, the working speed will increase, but certain sharp angle, might not be as sharp.
  • BellAcl (Bell Acceleration): Explain of this setting please refer to Bell Feed Acceleration.
  • SplineTol (Spline Tolerance):

The tolerance unit of spline interpolation is um. The parameter is 0, 8, or 10 to 60000.

If the parameter of tolerance is setting to 0, the spline interpolation will NOT running. If the parameter is 8, the through-point mode of spline interpolation will be active. If the value is 10 to 60000, the tolerance mode of spline interpolation will be active.
