4.13.18 G71.01/G71.00: 4th-axis Rotation Angle On/ 4th-axis Rotation Angle Off
In order to respond to certain special applications, such as laser cutting, flame cutting, glass cutting, etc., the CNC controller developed two commands, G71.00 and G71.01.
In such applications, it is sometimes necessary to add a fourth axis to mount the nozzle. This nozzle must be controlled to maintain a certain angle of inclination to the tangential direction of the cutting path on the XY work plane at any time.
