3.5.5 Tool Length Measurement

This item is used to set the relevant parameters required for automatic tool length measurement.

"Tool Length Measurement" Dialog Box

• Search Speed: Do not set the speed too fast, so as not to crash the length probe.
• Detect Speed: Usually set very slow speed, so that the measurement results are accurate.
• Retract Distance: This value should not be set too large to save time.
• Detect Distance: This value should not be set too large to protect the tools and probe.
