3.12.1.4 Fine Loop Gain

Fine Loop Gain, largest value is 2550. Fine Loop Gain's smallest value is 1/10 of position loop gain (Feed loop gain) of "Axial" dialog box. For example, if Fine Loop Gain setting value is 835, the actual position value is 83.5.

If Fine Loop Gain value is 0, then use the "Axial" that each axis relative to the position loop gain value. If the Fine Loop Gain is not 0, then fine loop gain uses this setting value.
