3.2.7 In Position Width (Unit: DU)
"In Position Width" means whether the system consider it has entered the error value of its desire position inaccuracy. In position width function can prevent within the previous block, decelerates to zero of error, then will it start to execute next block. Following inaccuracy usually mean, in position wide examination, if the position setting is zero, the examination will not take place. "In Position Width" is a unit that is the smallest detect unit (DU).
For example: "Encoder" as not 4 times 5000 line/round, feed pitch is 5000 μm/round, 1 um= (5000 × 4) /5000 = 4 (detect unit, DU).
If the "In Position Width" setting is 30 DU, then "In Position Width" = 30/4 = 7.5 (μm).
