3.3.3 Feed Acceleration
The feed acceleration of INCON-M84/M86/M86R is the acceleration when conducting cutting. The setting can be 10 ms or 1 ms as unit. When high speed high precision function is actived, the input value, unit and actual time is as following:
Number value |
Unit |
Example |
-1~-9999 |
10 msec |
If the input number is -15, it mean it need to spend 150 msec to let system speed move from 6000 mm/min. |
-10001~-19999 |
1 msec |
If input value is -10015 it mean it need to spend 15 msec to let the system speed move from 6000 mm/min. |
This feed gives acceleration the option of exponential style or linear style (high speed and high precision function), with positive and negative signal as separation:
1. |
Exponential style (positive feed for acceleration): Use for normal none high speed medium or heavy add work. |
2. |
Linear style (negative feed for increase and decrease speed): Good for high speed high precision, light cutting and machine servo that got good rigid. |
